The Annual Meetings will be held in the spring (TBD).
Membership dues are $1300.00 per family and must be paid in full by 4/15/24
Any member who has ONLY 1 stand spot, or is willing to scale-down to 1 stand spot will receive a $200 refund (pending proof)
1) Membership fees are $1300.00 per family due by April 15th, 2024. Any old member not paid in full by 4/15/24 will NOT be considered for renewal!
Stand tags will be issued this year. If you prove to your camp director that you only have one spot, you will receive a $200 refund.
2) A Carryover Structure count will remain unless you notify your camp director of any tear-downs/additions ASAP. The updated structure counts are posted on the Structures page.
3) Structure fees are $200.00 per and these are due
with your membership. Each director will conduct a structure count with the Club President. Any structures that aren't claimed/paid for will be the responsibility of the entire camp to pay the yearly fee until they are removed or claimed.
4)Hog hunting with dogs WILL NOT be allowed during the 2024-25 season unless approved by the Officers & Directors, but do not expect very many exceptions.
